Keeping people safe during coronavirus
Like all responsible businesses we are closely monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation in the UK. Our priority is to keep people and their families safe while continuing to deliver an exceptional client service.
We are following the Government’s advice and have a number of plans in place to deal with different situations.
If you are concerned about your matter
- Please contact the fee earner with conduct of your file by telephone or email who will provide you with further advice and guidance.
- The NHS website is regularly updated with Coronavirus guidance.
Office Closures
We must consider the welfare of all our clients and staff and have therefore decided to close our offices and instead deal with matters via telephone/email. Our office telephone number will remain the same.
At present Court hearings are continuing remotely via telephone or video conferencing. We will discuss matters with individual clients who are impacted by the change.
During this time please be assured we have robust systems and procedures in place for personnel to work remotely from home.
