PHILLIP NESS
Phillip
specialises particularly in family law and all related matters
including disputes regarding all property and financial
matters and those relating to the care of and contact with
children of the family. Whilst always firstly exploring the
possibility of settlement by agreement of the parties Philip
is known to be something of a “fighter” when it comes to
contested matters before the Court. Philip having qualified as
a solicitor in 1982 joined the firm two years later and became
a Partner in 1986. More recently his progression through the
profession has been acknowledged by his appointment as a
Deputy District Judge of the High Court and Country Court
sitting as such in a number of Courts in Cheshire and North
Wales area. He is married with two daughters currently
attending University and what little spare time he has allows
him to pursue his interests in all manner of sports and
outdoor activities.
